Estimated delivery times are from the date of dispatch (shipment from the warehouse), not the date of order placement.

Shipping Costs & Fees


Domestic orders within USA will qualify for free shipping if orders are over $100* (after discount). 

Domestic orders that fall below $100 will be charged a fee starting from $6.95

International purchases from EHPLabs.com are shipped from a variety of third-party partners (your local delivery companies). International shipping costs start from USD $15 depending on your location and the weight of your order. You can review shipping cost before finalizing payment.

Orders start from $15 depending on your location & weight of your order. For more accurate costs, please review at checkout after entering your address.

Oxyshred Ultra Energy RTD Shipping Oxyshred Ultra Energy RTD's are only available to be shipped to select countries. Due to their weight, an extra shipping charge is applied at checkout. This varies from location to location, so for an accurate cost, please visit the checkout.

For Domestic US Shipping of Oxyshred Ultra Energy RTD's may carry an additional cost depending on location and contents of your order. For accurate pricing, please enter your address at checkout.

Successfully placed orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business/working days (depending on order volume) and will then be dispatched from our warehouse.


Import Duties & Customs Fees


When placing an international order, it is important to note that extra import duties & custom fees may apply to your order outside of the shipping fee charged on our website. The fees associated entirely dependant on what country you live in & varies across nations.

These fees & charges are charged by the countries government & are not charged by EHPlabs. 

EHPlabs accepts no responsibility for these charges & the onus is open the customer to pay any duties they are liable for. 

Failure to pay these fees may result in your order being returned back to EHPlabs & the cost of the return may be reimbursed to EHPlabs from any refund that you may receive. 

 

Refunds

If you have received a damaged product or if a product has been delivered that is different to the product listed in your order, notify us within the first 7 days after delivery, then we will:

  • (a) replace the damaged or incorrect product with a new replacement; or
  • (b) if we are unable to provide a new replacement product, we will refund you the purchase price.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Where goods are received damaged on delivery, we require photographic evidence before authorizing the return of your goods.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items found on our site cannot be returned. With supplements in particular, goods that have been opened with and the security seals removed are unable to be returned or refunded. 

Other exceptions apply where items may not be returned including:

  • Gift Cards
  • Clearance Items
  • Loyalty Points For Case


We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
